Hydraulic and sanitary installations of buildings during a lot of time were made in an empirical way, being until the decade of 1930 to 1940 when a special technic began to develop establishing calculation norms for projects and constructions according to the type of urban building that due to the fact of their height required specialist or porfessional intervention, instead of the plumber who made the job according to his experience and possibilities.
WHO ARE WE?
The boom of construction industry in Mexico began during the 40´s with the multifamiliar buildings, hotels, and first high buildings in the country. That is why on October 17, 1947 The company Instalaciones Sanitarias, S.de R. L. was formed, its operations grew enough to transform it in 1948 to Instalaciones Sanitarias, S. A. and in 1963 change its name to GUTIERREZ TELLO Y CIA. S.A. DE C.V.
Recent cybernetic advances have allowed us to reduce considerably execution times regarding projects and drawings, having today the possibility of offering the following services: hydraulic and hydrosanitary installations, ellectrical installations, air conditioning, fire protection systems based on sprinklers, compressed air, medical gases, fire detection, etc.
